Partner and referral disclosure
We may earn a fee when you sign up through our links. It does not change your price.

GearLoads earns its money from dispatch fees. A few partners also pay us a referral fee when a carrier signs up through our link. Here is every one of them, in plain words.
RTS Financial (freight factoring)
RTS Financial is our factoring partner. If you ask for a factoring quote on our site, we pass your request to them, and we may earn a referral fee if you sign up. Your factoring rate and terms are set by RTS Financial, not by us, and they are the same as they would be otherwise. You never have to factor to dispatch with us, and you can use any factoring company you like.
Vertical Identity (DOT drug and alcohol testing)
Vertical Identity runs a DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium. Carriers who need a CDL to operate must be in a random testing program, and we link to Vertical Identity on pages about those rules. We may earn a referral fee when a carrier enrolls through our link. We only show this to readers it applies to: drivers of 26 ft box trucks and other trucks that don't need a CDL are not required to join a DOT testing pool.
TruckClub (truck warranty plans)
TruckClub sells extended warranty plans that help pay for major repairs on heavy-duty trucks. It is a warranty, not insurance. We link to it under our cost per mile calculator, and we may earn a referral fee when a carrier buys a plan through our link. Coverage depends on the plan terms on TruckClub's own site.
Everyone else
We receive nothing from trailer makers, load boards, brokers, shippers, carriers or any company named in our guides, unless it is listed on this page. Companies appear in our guides because they are useful to the reader, based on facts from their own pages. Naming a company is not an endorsement, and we are not affiliated with them.
How partner links work
Partner links go through a short redirect on our site so we can see which page sent you. They open in a new tab and are marked as sponsored for search engines. Every partner box on our site carries a short disclosure and links back here. Read more in our editorial policy.
