These terms cover your use of gearloads.com. Dispatch service itself is covered by the separate agreement you sign with GearLoads if you become a client.

Who we are
GearLoads runs gearloads.com and provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers. We are not a shipper, freight broker, trailer maker, training school or government agency. Using this site does not make you a client.
No promise of loads, rates or income
Nothing on this site promises a number of loads, a rate, a fee outcome or an income. Freight markets change, and every load depends on your equipment, lanes, authority and the market that week. Examples on this site are labeled EXAMPLE and are for illustration only. Fees are those stated in your dispatch agreement.
Calculators and rule checkers are aids
Our calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter. Our rule checkers, including the CDL, ELD, hazmat placard and segregation, weight, bridge formula, oversize, chain law and livestock tools, summarize federal and state rules as of the date shown with each source. They are aids, not legal advice, and they do not cover every exception. Before you rely on a result, confirm it with the current regulation, your shipping papers, the state permit office or a qualified professional. You are responsible for operating legally.
Guides and sources
We research our guides from official sources and date the facts we cite; see our editorial policy. Rules change, and we may not update a page the day they do. If you find an error, tell us and we will check it.

Some pages link to partners such as our factoring partner. We may earn a referral fee; it does not change your price. Partners set their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services. See our disclosure.
Using the site
- Do not submit false information or someone else's details through our forms.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale or get around our bot checks.
- Our text, tools, designs and logo belong to GearLoads. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; do not copy pages or tools wholesale.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GearLoads is not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the site, its calculators, checkers or guides, including fines, delays or lost revenue. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
