Privacy policy

What we collect

• Dispatch application. Your name, phone, email, company and MC or DOT number if you have one, your equipment, home base, lanes, endorsements and how you want to be contacted, plus your consent choice.
• Factoring quote request. Your contact details, authority details, monthly invoice volume and what matters most to you in factoring.
• Technical data. Basic request data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and to stop spam. We use a bot check on our forms.
• Visit statistics. If analytics are switched on, we use a privacy-friendly service that counts page views and button clicks without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

What stays in your browser

Calculator and checker inputs, such as weights, dimensions, miles, costs, UN numbers and inspection dates, and the rig you pick with My Rig, are stored only in your own browser so the tools remember them. They are not sent to us. The "copy result link" button puts your inputs in the link itself; anyone you send the link to can see them. Clear your browser storage to remove them.

How we use your details

• To call, text or email you about dispatch, as you asked, and only if you gave consent for those channels.
• To set up dispatch if you sign up: carrier packets, broker setup and load confirmations need your company details.
• To answer a factoring quote request, which we pass to our factoring partner, RTS Financial, because you asked for a quote from them. Their own privacy policy then applies to what they hold.
• To keep records the law requires and to protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with brokers, shippers or other carriers except as needed to set up and run loads you approve.

Texts and calls

If you agree to be contacted, we may call or text the number you gave, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call.

Service providers

We use providers to host the site, deliver form emails, check for bots and count visits. They process data only to provide that service to us.

Partner links

Some pages link to partners through a short redirect on our site, which records that the link was clicked and from which page. The partner's site has its own privacy policy. See our disclosure.

How long we keep it

We keep application and quote details while we are talking with you or working together, and afterward only as long as needed for records, disputes or legal obligations. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to calls and texts. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, and we honor them. Contact us at our contact page. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for trucking businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
